Why won't BCHD & Private Developer PMB LLC OBEY THE REDONDO BEACH CODE? WHY?

In 2019, BCHD claimed its development would be 60-feet tall and have 160,000 sqft of UNDERGROUND parking (June 2019 EIR NOP)


In 2020, BCHD increased the height to 76-feet tall and added an 8-10 STORY PARKING RAMP next to homes in place of the underground parking. (June 2020 BoD Meeting)


In 2021, BCHD proposed 103-feet tall. (March 2021 EIR Draft)


WHAT WILL 2023 BRING with the PRIVATE Developer, Owner, Operator PMB LLC?
