Should BCHD be spending resident-taxpayer money with a pro-Developer law firm to defeat the will of the resident-taxpayers? NO! BCHD's plan was 800,000 sqft, so BCHD is in Developer company with its buddies at the AES site.
Does anyone think for one second that Mike Webb's deputy attorney who runs around picking up homeless from freeway off ramps is any match for Rutan & Tucker and it's client, Leo Pustilnikov ? Now way ! Not in a million years. Put her in that office and say good-bye to Bill Brand Park and single family neighborhoods in Redondo Beach.
