PLANS A PACE FACILITY FOR 95% NON-RESIDENTS - According to National PACE Association statistics, only 1-in-1000 seniors uses PACE. That 16 seniors in the District. WHY IS BCHD CREATING A PACE FACILITY FOR 400?
