The Timeline of BCHD's Attack on Neighbors and Taxpayers
BCHD & PMB LLC PROPOSE OVERSIZED COMMERCIAL BUILDING
For some reason, unknown to Taxpayers, BCHD has always blindsided the public with revised plans for the proposed, privately developed/owned/operated 300,000 sqft, 110-ft tall proposed COMMERCIAL building project. BCHD has 0% ownership.
And while the neighborhoods are ignored by BCHD - BCHD continues to operate in the shadows with PMB LLC, the private developer/owner/operator of the project.
BCHD AND PMB OPERATE IN THE SHADOWS AND DENY TAXPAYER-OWNER RIGHTS
CEO Bakaly has decided that BCHD is a developer, like any other, and that the Taxpayer-Owners that OWN BCHD have no right to participate in the process. Taxpayer-Owners can wait until after BCHD has spent hundreds of thousands more of our tax dollars to file its application at the City of Redondo Beach.
2022 Dec - “What we have is a Master Plan. Let’s reserve judgment until everyone sees what it is exactly we are applying for,” Bakaly said.
Current - BCHD is working with WRC PMB Redondo Beach, our partner for the development and the operation of the Campus, to refine the Phase 1 campus plans and finalize our application for a conditional use permit with the City of Redondo Beach. This is expected in the next 3-6 months. Similar to other projects that apply for a conditional use permit, the public will be able to access the plan when it is submitted to the City.
