TELL BCHD TO STOP GIVING OUR TAXES TO NON-RESIDENTS!

allcove = 91% Non-resident/Non-taxpayers

allcove's service area is 91% non-residents of the District - so why should BCHD ever pay more than 9% of the total cost of allcove? It shouldn't. District taxpayers are giving allcove the land at Beryl & Flagler for free - no rent/no payment. District taxpayers are paying all the shortfalls in funding for allcove.

BCHD loses money on every membership at CHF. Residents and Non-residents alike are UNDERCHARGED. BCHD is likely a HIGH COST, INEFFICIENT PROVIDER, but the reason for the high costs don't matter. BCHD cannot ship our taxes out of the District as subsidies!
