The District was founded for RESIDENTS WHO RESIDE in the DISTRICT. READ THE CONDEMNATION FILINGS WHEN THE DISTRICT TOOK PRIVATE PROPERTY FOR THE HOSPITAL! The District stated that it was for the benefit of RESIDENTS WHO RESIDE in the DISTRICT.

Assisted Living will be 0% BCHD owned and 80% non-residents
PACE will be 95% non-residents
STOP BCHD FROM GIVING AWAY OUR TAXES, LAND, AND BUILDINGS TO NON-RESIDENTS!
