No Seismic Upgrade Required Per BCHD Engineering Consultant

BCHD paid $100K, maybe more for their study. It's conclusions are clear. Based on current ordinances there is NO REQUIREMENT for any upgrade. Based on the most stringent ordinance anywhere (the City of LA - it doesn't apply to BCHD) there would be 25 years of continued use.
