The video tells it all. BCHD's architect told the City of Redondo CORRECTLY that the building will be 107-feet, 6-inches tall. But Vanessa Poster says 70-feet, 6-inches. And then Poster and Bakaly hem and haw instead of admitting that they are FULLY AWARE the building is 100+ feet above the surrounding neighborhoods. Thankfully their ARCHITECT knows the law and TELLS THE TRUTH.
