Is $3.2B for a Bike Path Proof ENOUGH that BCHD's Costs are OUTRAGEOUS?

Daily Breeze says that the South Bay is "inching along" toward it's 200-mile bike path goal. BCHD's under 400-foot piece of the 200-miles costs $1.2M or $250 per inch. That makes the entire project cost $3.2 BILLION if BCHD were to build it. SERIOUSLY? Save some money for Taxpayers and GET BCHD OUT OF IT!
