BCHD SAYS"NO CONFLICT" BETWEEN 110-FT BUILDING AND TORRANCE RESIDENTS - REALLY?

That hardly seems true, now does it?

So for all you folks that will be negatively impacted by BCHD 110-foot tall, 800,000 sqft development - isn't it nice to know that BCHD doesn't give a rat's behind about Torrance's Land Use plans or Municipal Codes? In fact, NO CONFLICT is what BCHD thinks of you all. After all, they are just going to run traffic through your neighborhoods and block your views and create harmful noise (per their own admission) for 5 year!

This would be a good time to weigh in to the Torrance Mayor, Council and Planning Commission and ask them for MAXIMUM opposition to BCHDs project and ZERO cooperation with the project. Email CityClerk@torranceca.gov with your opposition to the BCHD. Torrance should not lift a FINGER to help and should oppose the project at the City of Redondo on behalf of Torrance residents.
