BCHD Willfully Deceived the Neighborhoods

In December of 2020, BCHD added a building to its plans. When directly and legally asked what it was, BCHD REFUSED to disclose even the general use of the building.

SO IT TURNED OUT THAT BCHD WAS HIDING GENERATORS AND UP TO 75,000 GALLONS OF BACKUP FUEL IN TANKS NEXT TO DIAMOND STREET FROM THE PUBLIC!

For anyone that wonders why the surrounding neighborhoods don't trust CEO Tom Bakaly and the BCHD Board - that's an A #1 Example of their treatment of the neighborhoods that have been damaged for 60+ years by the public South Bay Hospital that failed in 1984 and the subsequent "government entities never die" problem with BCHD.
