BCHD's Project is BAD for Taxpayer-Owners

BCHD's proposed project fails to comply with both Redondo Beach Municipal Code on Torrance Hillside Overlay intent.

BCHD's project will also serve a vast majority (90%) of non-taxpayer/non-residents that never contributed a dime to BCHD.

BCHD's project also damages surrounding neighborhoods with 100% of the project damages for a tiny portion of any benefits - RESULTING IN NET DAMAGES

This is a BAD PROJECT for Taxpayer-owners of BCHD!
