Each year, BCHD spends an average of $400 per member in District Taxpayer Funding on the CHF and APlex. Since one-third of members are Non-Resident/Non-Taxpayers of the District, that means that WE ARE SUBSIDIZING surrounding Non-Residents with OUR TAX DOLLARS!
