BCHD Plan Misstates Redondo Beach Policy 1.2.4

The Conditional Use Permit for the 60 Silverado Memory Care units was issued in the 2000s, and was "conditional" on the reuse of the 514 N Prospect hospital building. Therefore, BCHD falsely states that this is a replacement of 60 Memory Care units. BCHD must permit these units are "new" since they will NOT be in the 514 N Prospect building.
