BCHD Misrepresents ... the height of the existing 4-story building vs. the private PMB LLC 6-story

BCHD must think that we're all STUPID. In simple math, a 6-story building is 50% taller than a 4-story building. BCHD claims that the 6-story PMB LLC building is the same height as the 4-story hospital building.

HOW CAN THAT BE?

Does the hospital have 21-foot ceilings? That's what it would take to be 83-feet tall and 4 stories. NO IT DOES NOT HAVE 21-foot ceilings.

But the hospital does have a 968-sqft foot "BCHD Penthouse" that goes up to a 76-feet. That penthouse is only 1/300th or 0.3% of the size of the private PMB LLC roughly 300,000 sqft planned building. What do you suppose has gone on in that District "Penthouse" anyway?

So the truth is, BCHD WANTS YOU to BELIEVE that the private PMB LLC 6-story building that is 300,000 sqft and 83-feet tall is the SAME as the 4-story, 52-foot tall hospital with a "BCHD Penthouse" that's 968-sqft on top. How many gallons of hand sanitizer would you need to enter the "BCHD Penthouse"?

PHYSICALLY - BCHD's PROPOSED PMB LLC 100% PRIVATE BUILDING (83-ft) IS 1.6-TIMES TALLER THAN THE 4-STORY HOSPITAL (52-ft)
