BCHD Ministry of Propaganda Series: BCHD Doesn't Know If Residents Can Afford the PMB Assisted Living
How is it that BCHD has NO ANALYSIS of the price that will be charged for the assisted living facility it proposes for 3 acres of TAXPAYER OWNED LAND?
It seems IMPOSSIBLE that BCHD could even consider a 95 year lease of PUBLIC LAND to a PRIVATE COMPANY without even knowing if monthly assisted living rent will be $15,000 per month or perhaps $20,000 per month.
IS THE BCHD BOARD MALFEASANT?

Please see below (in BOLD) for the District’s response to your public records request received 02/13/24 that reads:
BCHD has recently reaffirmed its plan to lease 3 acres of PUBLIC land to the 100% PRIVATE PMB LLC for assisted living. Prior estimates of assisted living from BCHD consultants are below.
1. Provide the most current monthly rent cost estimates of the RCFE that will be faced by residents who reside in the District.
2. Provide the most current monthly rent cost estimates of the RCFE that will be faced by Non-residents of the District.
BCHD SAYS: There are no responsive documents.
Perhaps BCHD simply doesn't know how to conduct analysis?
