BCHD is spending $16M Total to BUY building permits for a Commercial Developer to use

BCHD has scheduled $16M in our tax dollars so it can BUY the permits a commercial developer will need so that the DEVELOPER - NOT BCHD - can build/own/operate a $12K a month senior housing for 80% non-residents of the 3 beach cities.

And for the $4.5M in Architecture fees, BCHD is getting a recycled 1955 design that is INCOMPATIBLE/INCONSISTENT/IRRESPONSIBLE with the surrounding residential neighborhoods.
