BCHD has never even analyzed continued use of the Hospital - they just WANT to tear it down!

The CPRA request and response asking for the comparison between continued use for 25 years using the "best practice" of their seismic consultant vs a non-required $90M seismic upgrade. Clearly, BCHD has POOR ANALYSIS CAPABILITES - or - IT REFUSES. EITHER IS MALFEASANCE?

ISN'T BCHD'S LACK OF ANALYSIS JUST PLAIN LAZY?

"Hey, my car doesn't meet 2025 standards. Should I just demo it at the junk yard? There's no ordinance that says I can't continue to use my 2020 car, but BCHD thinks that if you don't meet current standards, you need to retrofit or demolish."
