BCHD has Declared that it has NO ABILITY to Assess Program Dollar Benefits

Any claim by BCHD of providing a specific dollar value of services or benefits cannot be accurate nor true. BCHD claims of $3 of benefits per $1 taxes cannot be true - since BCHD declared it is unable to compute dollar benefits for programs.

A - Please note that the District has previously explained that calculating a dollar community benefit for each program is beyond the scope of the District’s mission, financial resources and abilities.
