BCHD doesn't generate funds - TAXPAYER ASSETS generate funds

BCHD continues to make misleading claims that it generates funds. That's simply not true.

BCHD claims to generate $880K with AdventurePlex, yet, Taxpayers have to subsidize it by an additional $888K annually.

BCHD claims to generate $1.3M in revenue with CHF, yet, the Center requires Taxpayers to subsidize it by an additional $1.1M annually.

This is a clear example of BCHD's misleading statements. BCHD programs COST money, and only Taxpayer Assets yield funds.

Taxpayers own the land and buildings on the Prospect site, paid with Bond funding.

Taxpayer own the share of Sunrise Assisted Living and any funds are taxpayer-owned

Taxpayers pay the $5M+ in annual property taxes to BCHD

Taxpayers earn interest on their cash funds.

In short, BCHD generates NO NET REVENUE and all REVENUE IS DUE TO TAXPAYER ASSETS AND CASH RESERVES.
