It's really hard to believe that BCHD says that the Public will know what the 100% Private Company PMB LLC is doing with 3 acres of our PUBLIC LAND for 95 Years WHEN WE READ IT IN THEIR PERMIT APPLICATION AT THE CITY!

That's a complete, unethical CROCK for a PUBLIC AGENCY.
