BCHD Board President Poster and CEO CLUELESS About Private Project's Height (or lying?)

In February of 2022, BCHD filed an official Pre-CUP filing on the proposed private development with the City of Redondo Beach. That filing showed the height of the project 107'-6". No ambiguity. No weasel words. 107'-6" BCHD filed it on 2/2/2022. Did they LIE to the City of Redondo Beach? Maybe?

Surely the Board and CEO MUST HAVE APPROVED such a filing at the City of Redondo Beach. And if not, are they malfeasant or negligent? Worse yet, shouldn't they KNOW how tall the project is?


During the September 2022 Board meeting, 7 months later, listen to President Poster and the CEO claim 70-feet. And then act confused.



HOW ARE THESE CLUELESS PEOPLE IN CHARGE OF A $250M LIABILITY TO TAXPAYERS?


HOW CAN THE BOARD PRESIDENT NOT KNOW THE HEIGHT OF A PROJECT SHE APPROVED?


HOW CAN THE CEO NOT KNOW WHAT HE AUTHORIZED TO BE FILED AT THE CITY?


HOW CAN THE CEO NOT UNDERSTAND THAT THE PROJECT IS OVER 100-FEET ABOVE HOMES ON BERYL & FLAGLER STREETS?


MAYBE IT'S BECAUSE THEY KEEP INCREASING THE HEIGHT OVER AND OVER!
