BCHD "allcove" Program for 91% Non-Residents

BCHD has been issuing non-stop press releases about getting temporary, short term funding for "allcove" youth center programs. BCHD also states it has been declared a permanent program and that BCHD will build permanent space for the program.


The press releases show that at least 91% of the "allcove" area that BCHD will be financing and serving PERMANENTLY are NON-RESDIENTS.
