STOP BCHD's High Density Commercial Development on Public Zoned Land

STOP HIGH DENSITY, COMMERCIAL, NON-RESIDENT DEVELOPMENT ON PUBLIC LAND

CITY OF REDONDO BEACH DEVELOPMENT SUPPORTS RESIDENTS AND SHOULD HAVE AN FAR (floor area ratio) OF 1.25

OTHER DEVELOPMENT FOR NON-RESIDENTS SHOULD NOT BE HIGH DENSITY AND SHOULD ONLY BE ALLOWED AN FAR OF 0.75

THE DRAFT REDONDO BEACH GENERAL PLAN FAR's BENEFIT RESIDENTS!

Once upon a time, BCHD was for the benefit of "residents who reside" in the District. But now BCHD wants to be a REGIONAL HEALTH DISTRICT.

Redondo Beach doesn't want or need the REGIONAL development or the COMMERCIAL development that BCHD proposes. Our local PUBLIC zoned land should be for Redondo Beach Resident Benefit
