Ending the BCHD Doublespeak on RCFE Rents - Average RCFE Room is $11,311 per month

BCHD keeps claiming they have new costs for rent, and that they are NOT $12,000 as per the MDS market studies that BCHD purchased. Ok, it's $11,311 per month per room. That $689 reduction per month better be maintained by BCHD and its private Developer/Owner/Operator and there better not be an add-on fees or this will be seen as fraud against the taxpayers of Hermosa, Manhattan and Redondo Beach.
