Seriously. BCHD has spend $400K in planning and overheads already. It just signed a contract for $1M more. All that for a 400-foot stretch from Prospect Ave - east on Diamond culdesac past 5 houses and then past 1 more house in Flagler Alley.

This looks to be BCHD trying to grab money from Measure M to do deferred maintenance on a hillside that was allowed to slide for DECADES AND DECADES.
