BCHD Has Regulatory Go Ahead to Restrict Services to ONLY RESIDENTS

The District told the courts that it was formed to provide services to the "RESIDENTS WHO RESIDE" in the DISTRICT. NOT TO NON-RESIDENTS. NOT TO LONG BEACH. NOT TO LA COUNTY. NOT TO SPAB PLANNING AREA.

TO RESIDENTS!

BCHD needs to honor the Superior Court filings of the District and will of the VOTERS that established and funded the District!

The Executive Officer and Board of the Los Angeles Local Area Formation Commission explicitly allowed BCHD to limit services to RESIDENTS ONLY.
